Importing from Noterro (Previously SOAP Vault)

Here’s what we know about moving over from Noterro (previously known as SOAP Vault) to Jane.

Exporting your Customers from Noterro/SOAP Vault

Coming from Noterro/SOAP Vault, we’ll need you to upload your Customer export with as much detail as possible.

The Customer List is actually the only one we’ve ever seen coming out of SoapVault.

Here are the steps we’ve heard from other clients:

Log in as Admin and head to the patient list page. From the drop-down click Export.

You will end up with an exported CSV document with all of your Customers.

Exporting anything else from Noterro/SOAP Vault

We have never had a client successfully export any other data from Noterro/SOAP Vault - so appointments need to be moved over manually by booking them in one at a time after we’ve imported your patients. So it’s good to plan your import over a time period where there’s some downtime (such as a weekend) to book the appointments in.

Again, we have never heard from anyone who has been able to get their charts out as a batch, only by exporting them one at a time as PDFs, and then uploading them to Jane using the file/image upload feature in Jane.

That being said, my understanding is that you do retain access to your charts even when you terminate your subscription to Noterro/SOAP Vault, and so you can either continue to access them there, or you could treat them the same way as paper files, where you transition them a day at a time as clients come in for treatment. Uploading into Jane

To ensure that your data is uploaded to the correct account, and for security reasons, we do not accept patient data via email. You can upload the files to us in the Settings > Schedule an Import area.
