Importing from Click4Time

Here’s some info on moving your data over from Click4Time to Jane.

We’ve successfully brought over patient demographics and past appointments from this system.

Exporting your Customers from Click4Time

Your client data can be exported from the Reports section of the software into a CSV file format.

Click4Time explains what you can include in the Customer export here under the “Client Details” section.

We can import text from the Notes column within the spreadsheet into Jane patient notes if applicable.

Exporting your Click4Time Appointments

The appointment data from Click4Time does not include any time references so we can import appointments into the correct day but not at the correct time, which is usually okay for historical data. If you have a preference, we can set all historical appointments to a specific start time.

In other words, we can import the appointments for you but they will all be clustered together at the exact same start time and you will need to manually drag them to the appropriate start times if you’d like them to be accurately reflected on the schedule.

We recommend manually moving over future appointments so they are entered into the schedule at the correct time.

You’ll want to grab the Calendar Print - Continuous Report located under the Reports section of the software.

Click4Time Billing Data

We don’t import billing information as there are formatting issues between the two systems, but we can show you how to manually transition your patient credits and receivables into Jane.

Uploading into Jane

To ensure that your data is uploaded to the correct account, and for security reasons, we do not accept patient data via email. You can upload the files to us in the Settings > Schedule an Import area.
