Need to contact Teleplan about a specific claim submitted through Jane? You’ll need the sequence number and this guide walks through two different ways you can find it.

Teleplan Submissions Report
The first place you can look to view your sequence number would be over in the Billing tab and then Teleplan Submissions within the left sidebar menu.
From there, you can click on the word View to the right of the Submission Date.
The sequence number will be listed within each submission line.
Submitted Folder
The second place you can find this handy number is within the Billing tab and then click on the Submitted folder in the left sidebar menu.
You can use the Filters within this area to help narrow down the data to a specific location, patient, invoice number, insurer, staff member or date range. Next, click on the dropdown arrow to the right of an invoice and select View Teleplan Related Records from the menu options.
Jane will open up a new tab where you’ll be able to see the Sequence Number for that specific claim or invoice listed under its own column.
