One of the reasons you may have chosen Jane is because signing up is easy. It should be just as easy for your clients to book an appointment online. You can customize the patient sign up page to ensure you’re capturing the right information from your new patients.
To start, lets head into your Settings > Patient Form Fields. Just a heads up you’ll need Full Access to see this area.
From here, you can choose which fields to Include in Patient Sign Up and optionally make certain fields Required. If you don’t wish to show a certain field at all, just ensure both “Include In Patient Sign Up” and “Required” boxes are un-checked.
The fields you can choose from are:
Date of Birth
Personal Health Number
Marketing Email Opt In
How did you hear about us?
Who were you referred to?
Quick note: Jane will always require a users First Name, Last Name, Email and Mobile Phone
Once you’ve made your changes don’t forget to hit the Save button.
Voila - you’ve now customized the information collected from patients when they create an online Profile with your clinic.
