Why can’t I see my Practitioner Dashboard in Jane, or why is the toggle missing from my Day Sheet?
Answer
Dashboard access in Jane is configurable, and there are a few reasons it may not be visible for your account.

Dashboard access is not enabled for your profile. Account Owners and Full Access users can configure dashboard access for individual staff members. If the toggle isn’t appearing on your Day Sheet, your clinic may not have dashboard access turned on for your profile. Your clinic’s Account Owner or a Full Access user to confirm your current settings.

Your dashboard is toggled off. If dashboard access is enabled for your account but you’ve toggled it off, go to your Day Sheet and click the toggle in the top right corner to turn it back on.
- Some metrics aren’t showing. Financial metrics (Total Billed, Total Collected, and Top Patients ranked by billing) are enabled separately from general dashboard access. If your dashboard is visible but these metrics aren’t appearing, your account may be set to the standard Enabled option rather than Enabled with Financial Metrics. Check with your clinic’s Account Owner or a Full Access user if you have questions about your permissions.
Supporting Information
Full Access users whose own dashboard access is not enabled will not be able to see their own dashboard or view another staff member’s dashboard. Full Access users can still find the same information under the Reports tab.
