Instructions
To create a Telehealth (1:1) treatment in Jane, follow these steps. The treatment can then be scheduled like any other appointment and will be available to assign to practitioners in your clinic.
- Go to Settings > Treatments, Classes & Group Appointments.
- Click New Treatment.
- Open the first drop-down menu and select One-on-One Appointment.
- Open the In-Person or Telehealth drop-down menu and select Telehealth.
- Fill in the remaining treatment details, including name, duration, and price.
- If you'd like this treatment to be bookable online by patients, scroll down and check Display in Online Booking.
- Click Create Treatment.
🩵 Jane Tip: If you're creating multiple similar Telehealth treatments, create the first one and then duplicate it to save time. Click the Duplicate button next to the treatment in your list, edit the details, remove "Copy of" from the name, and click Save.
What to Expect
The new treatment appears in your Treatments, Classes & Group Appointments list and is ready to use. If you enabled Display in Online Booking, the treatment will appear on your clinic's online booking site.
