Jane sends the following email notifications to staff members automatically:
You've been invited to Jane Payroll
Sent when you're added to Jane Payroll by your clinic's Account Owner or Payroll Admin. This email invites you to complete your payroll setup.
📣 Heads up: This email cannot be resent. If you don't receive it, you can still complete your setup directly through your staff profile in Jane under the Payroll tab.
Your pay stub is ready
Sent on pay day to let you know your pay stub is available and which pay period it covers.
Your payroll deposit details have been updated
Sent when your direct deposit information has been added or updated.
These notifications are sent automatically and can't be turned off. Email content can't be customized at this time.
