Can I manually adjust a staff member's vacation time or vacation pay balance in Jane Payroll?
Answer
Yes. You can edit a staff member's time off balance at any time.
- Go to the Staff tab and select the staff member.
- Click Payroll.
- Click Edit next to Time Off.
- Click Edit next to the vacation pay policy.
- Click the pencil icon next to the balance you want to adjust.
- Enter the updated balance.
- Click Save.
