Can I Adjust a Staff Member's Vacation Time Balance Manually?

Can I manually adjust a staff member's vacation time or vacation pay balance in Jane Payroll?

Answer

Yes. You can edit a staff member's time off balance at any time.

  1. Go to the Staff tab and select the staff member.
  2. Click Payroll.
  3. Click Edit next to Time Off.
  4. Click Edit next to the vacation pay policy.
  5. Click the pencil icon next to the balance you want to adjust.
  6. Enter the updated balance.
  7. Click Save.
