To update the contact information Jane uses to reach your clinic for subscription invoices, account updates, and product news, follow these steps. Once complete, Jane uses the updated Company Email and Phone Number for all subscription related communications.

1. The Account Owner can go to Settings > Jane Subscription.
2. Click the Contact Info tab.
3. Enter your new Company Email and Phone Number.
4. Click Update Account.

What to Expect

Jane uses the updated Company Email and Phone Number for subscription invoices, account updates, and product news going forward.

And that’s it, your subscription contact info is all set.
