AI Scribe turns a session recording or dictation into a chart draft using the Smart SOAP Note chart part and a customizable prompt. You can start recording right from the patient's Chart tab, no need to set up a chart entry first, and refine any chart note by describing the change you want, using Highlight to Refine. It's designed to help practitioners spend less time on note-taking and more time with their patients.
