Clinic Sites is a platform that will allow you to build a full website beyond your Jane Online Booking site. Clinic Sites automatically syncs with your Jane account and pulls your up-to-date logo, colours, location information, list of services, staff member photos & bios, and the link to your Online Booking Site.
Similar to how you build your chart templates with ‘chart parts’ in Jane, Clinic Sites also uses a block-style content builder. This makes it easy to set up and edit your website without having to rely on a 3rd party to make updates for you.
If you’d like to take a peek at a couple of examples, here are three clinics that have integrated with Clinic Sites ⤵️
Note: While your Jane Online Booking site can be used as a standalone website and an external website is not required in order to use Jane, some clinics like to have an external website as well to help market their practice. This helps to build connections with and provide more information to prospective clients.
In this guide we’ll walk through:

This pricing includes hosting, security, technical support, and ongoing site development. For more details and to sign up, you can visit: https://clinicsites.co/

Yes! The domain always stays the same for as long as you choose to keep it.
Can I transfer my existing website over to Clinic Sites?
No, the only way to bring an existing site over is by copying the content from the original website and pasting it into the new Clinic Sites website.

Does Clinic Sites have access to any other information in my account?
Neither Clinic Sites, nor the Clinic Sites team has access to any information that is not publicly accessible. They do not have access to anything from the administrative side of Jane, and no client information is accessible via the integration.
Each day, Clinic Sites will scan your Jane data to pull in any updates to the staff profiles, list of disciplines, and location information, and detect any changes to your brand colours and logo.
The sync does not return data to Jane, so updates to your Clinic Sites website do not make any updates or changes to your Jane account.
In the event that you need your data to update from Jane immediately, an administrator of the website can click the Jane sync button at the top of your Clinic Sites website at any time.
Is there a maximum number of site administrators I can have in my Clinic Sites account?
No, there’s no maximum number of site administrators you can have in your Clinic Sites account.
Just like with your Jane account, to ensure the maximum security for your account, we recommend that each person tasked with building and maintaining the website has access to their own individual Clinic Sites site administrator account.
What can Clinic Sites do in terms of SEO?
SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is the process of optimizing your web pages so that they rank higher on search engines like Google.
Clinic Sites give account owners the opportunity to manage their own SEO (search engine optimization) through:

- Customizable alt tags on every image. Alt tags are the written copy that appears in place of an image on a webpage if the image fails to load on a user’s screen which allows search engines to better rank your website and is helpful for accessibility.
- Fast servers for quick loading
- Ability to link Google Analytics & Google Search Console
Every site also includes premium site security and is optimized for use on mobile devices.
