Both staff and patients can delete a secure message within 5 minutes of sending it.
📣 Heads up: Deleted secure messages are gone permanently and cannot be recovered. Both you and the patient will see that a message was deleted.
Instructions
To delete a secure message in Jane, follow these steps.
- Hover over the secure message you want to delete.
- Click the three dots icon next to the message.
- Select Delete.
- Confirm your choice in the confirmation window.
What to Expect
Once a secure message is deleted, it is permanently removed from the conversation. Both you and the patient will see a notice indicating that a message was deleted.
