Your Jane account already holds everything that makes your clinic unique. We simply turn it into a beautiful website. When you create a Jane Website and connect your Jane account, we access the public information on your Jane booking page. Our system imports your logo, location, services, providers, and other important information for your website – then our AI tool will build your website in under a minute with content and images tailored to your discipline.
From there you can customize your site, update text, swap images, or adjust layouts using simple, intuitive tools. No coding required. Work 1-on-1 with our dedicated website onboarding team and launch your site when you are ready.

Getting Started with Jane Websites
Getting started with Jane Websites is super simple and only takes a couple minutes. Let’s walk through the steps together! Creating a preview site is free and there are two ways to get started: begin from right inside your Jane account OR head to Start a site.
How to create a preview site
To start from within your Jane account, you can head to Settings > Integrations > Jane Websites > Start your site.
Your Jane URL should pre-populate and a big blue button with your clinic name should pop up right below. If it’s not there, paste it in or start typing the name of your clinic until you see yours. Go ahead and click that to create your preview site.
This is when our system imports your logo, location, services, providers, and other important information for your website. Custom content is written for every section using the details from your public Jane booking page. Images are placed throughout the website and unique pages are created using information like your location, bios and services.
💡 The set up process should only take about 60 seconds to generate your free preview site!
When your preview site is ready, you can click the blue button that says Click to see your preview and it will take you straight into it.
This website you are now previewing is fully functioning and you can click around and see the content and images that are loaded alongside your logo, colours and information. This can all be edited and updated once you create a free account and login.
How to create an account and start editing
In the blue top bar you have the option to start editing, learn more about pricing and FAQs or book a call with our dedicated website team.
- Click Start Editing to create a free user account and begin editing
- Click Pricing to learn about pricing and features
- Click FAQs to read some common questions that will help you understand what you are seeing
- Book a Call to schedule a Zoom call with someone from the Jane Websites team.
If you like the preview, you can sign in and edit the site by clicking Start Editing. This will set up a free account where you can access all of the editing tools.
📣 Jane tip There is still no obligation, or credit card required in this step – Jane Websites is completely free to edit and play around in until you decide to launch!
You will then receive an email from us with your login information and password. Don’t lose this email, it has everything you need to get started.
Now it’s time to log in using the email address you signed up with and the temporary password that was emailed to you.
This website is hidden at a private link that only your team and the Jane team will know about. It will not be searchable or indexed by any search engines. When you decide to launch your site the website team will help you connect your domain address.

What information syncs between my Jane account and my website?
Only information that is publicly accessible syncs to your website. This information includes:
- Your clinic’s logo
- Brand colours
- Location information
- List of disciplines & services
- Staff member photos & bios
- The link to your Jane Online Booking Site
Important note: No private or patient data is ever shared via the sync.

Do I get to keep my current/existing domain?
Yes. You can connect your own custom domain, and our Jane Websites team help guide you through the setup. If you do not currently own a domain, you will need to register a domain with a 3rd party. We recommend hover.com.
Can I transfer my existing site over to Jane Websites?
The easiest way to move your content is by copying and pasting from your current website into your new Jane Website. Most people find the process pretty straightforward — and we’d be happy to show you just how simple it can be.

Does Jane Websites have access to any other information in my account?
Neither the Jane Websites platform, nor the Jane Websites team, has access to any information that is not publicly accessible in your Jane account. They do not have access to anything from the administrative side of Jane, and no client information is accessible via the integration.
How frequently will my website sync with Jane?
Each day, your Jane Website will scan your Jane Booking page to pull in any updates to the staff profiles, services, and location information, and detect any changes to your brand colours and logo.
The sync does not return data to your Jane account, so updates to your website will not make any changes in Jane.
🔄 To initiate a manual sync at any time, you can click the Jane sync button at the top of your Jane Website while you are logged in.
Do I have to sign a contract?
There is no long term commitment required with Jane Websites. When you launch your website, a month-to-month subscription is activated and you will be billed on the same day, each calendar month. You can cancel your subscription at anytime.
Can we track conversions from our site to Jane using Google Analytics?
Yes. You can link Google Analytics and Google Search Console to your Jane Website and your Jane account.
