Jane for Clients Mobile App: Joining the Wait List

Don't see an appointment time that works for you? You can add yourself to the wait list directly from the mobile app.

Instructions

To join a waitlist, start by selecting the treatment you'd like to book. Once you reach the date picker, you can get to the waitlist in two ways:

Option 1: From the three-dot menu

  1. Tap the three dots in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  2. Tap Get on the wait list.

Option 2: From the available times list

  1. Tap Need a different time? at the bottom of the available times.

Then:

  1. Choose how long you'd like to remain on the waitlist.
  2. Tap Next.
  3. If your clinic offers automatic waitlist notifications, choose how you'd like to receive them: by email, SMS, or both.
  4. Tap Add to the waitlist.

What to Expect

A You're on the wait list confirmation screen appears once you've been added.

If a spot opens up, your clinic will notify you. Please note that you will not receive wait list notifications through the mobile app.

🩵 Jane Tip: You can view and manage your wait list requests outside of the app. Log into your My Account and view the Upcoming Appointments tab.
