Jane's Mobile App for Clients: Managing Appointments

Viewing upcoming appointments

To view your upcoming appointments, you can tap the My Appointments button at the bottom of your screen:

Booking appointments

To book an appointment, you can click the Book button at the bottom of your screen, and then select the clinic you’d like to book at.

Next, you can either select a specific practitioner to book with or the discipline (like acupuncture, for example) you’d like to book.

Next, choose the treatment you’d like to book:

And now you can select an available time. You can also tap the calendar icon in the upper-right corner to jump to a specific date.

If you have other client profiles linked to yours, like a family member’s, you can choose who the appointment is for. If you’d like to read more about managing family member’s profiles, check out this guide.

You’ll come to the confirmation screen and you can click the Book button at the bottom if all the details look good.

Booking a Group Appointment

Booking a group appointment is very similar to booking a 1:1 visit. After choosing your appointment time, you can specify which linked profiles you’re booking for.

Next, you’ll select who the primary patient is. This is the person who will be responsible for paying for the visit.

Each of the participants will be listed on the confirmation page.

When cancelling or rescheduling a Group Appointment, you’ll have the option to do so for yourself or for the entire group. Read on for more details on how to cancel or reschedule an appointment in the section below. ⤵️

Cancelling and rescheduling appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, click My Appointments at the bottom of your screen and select the appointment you want to cancel.

📣 Jane tip: Clinics have limits on how much notice you must give to cancel or reschedule an appointment online. If you don’t see the option to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will need to contact the clinic.

If you’re cancelling the appointment, click the Cancel button and choose a cancellation reason on the next screen and confirm.

To reschedule your appointment, click the Reschedule button and choose a new time.

Joining an online appointment

If you have an online appointment, you’ll be able to join directly from the app.

When it’s time for your appointment, just tap open the app on your phone or tablet. Then, on your home screen, tap on your upcoming virtual session.

From there, click Join video call. From there, we’ll quickly help you test your setup and bring you into your appointment.
