If you are having trouble signing in to Jane, you may want to try resetting your password.
Don’t worry, you can reset it in just a few steps:
Type in the URL of the account you are trying to access and type in your username.
This would look something like this example: demo.janeapp.com.
For Staff/Practitioner logins:
You will want to login with “/admin” at the end of your URL. It would look something like this: demo.janeapp.com/admin.
Click on the Forgot your username or password link.
Unsure of your username? Type in any characters to advance to this page to reset the password.
Enter the email address or mobile phone number associated with your account and click Lookup My Account.
Check your email inbox for a message from us with instructions on how to reset your password.
Jane will send you a verification code via email. Head into the email and click Update Password
Head back to Jane and add the code listed in your email to the field below and click Verify:
Fill in your new username or email address, and type in a new secure password. Then, Click Next.
