Hey Jane Community,
As we head into 2026, we’re looking forward to another year of building something great together. And to kick it off, we want to share a couple of things we’ve been working on lately. 👀
Body Chart in Intake Forms
A lot of you have asked for a quick way for patients to show you what’s bothering them before they arrive. So, we’re adding the Body Chart part to your Intake Forms. 🎉
With this update, patients can tap directly on a body image and add a quick note about what’s going on, giving you some visual context before the appointment even starts.
A few details worth knowing:
- You can use Jane’s default body chart, or upload your own image.
- Patients tap on an area and add a short note to explain what they’re experiencing.
- This is rolling out in stages now, and we expect everyone to have access by early February.
If it’s not in your account yet, it’s on the way! You’ll see it appear in the What’s New section of your account once it’s available.

Fullscript in Jane, rebuilt 🌱
We rebuilt our Fullscript integration to make it easier to use the parts of Fullscript you rely on, while keeping Jane as the source of truth for up-to-date patient records.
You’ll now launch Fullscript right from a patient’s profile. This gives you access to more of Fullscript’s platform, like your saved templates, flexible dosing, product comparisons, and better visibility into out-of-stock items, while automatically bringing recommendation details back into Jane as a draft chart entry.
What this means for your day-to-day:
- Jane stays your source of truth: Recommendations created in Fullscript return to Jane automatically, so treatment plans live with the rest of the patient record.
- More tools, fewer workarounds: Use Fullscript’s templates, resources, AI-powered plan writing, and drug–nutrient interaction insights without needing to copy or re-enter information.
- Clearer, more connected care for patients: When plans flow cleanly between systems, patients receive more consistent guidance and follow-ups feel easier and more informed.
There’s no additional cost to your Jane subscription, and Fullscript doesn’t require a subscription fee.
To get started, head to Settings > Integrations in your Jane account, or head here to learn more if you’re new to Fullscript.

Honourable Mentions
- 🇨🇦 Jane Payroll: Jane Payroll lets you pay employees and contractors directly in Jane, and now, it’s in early access for Canadian clinics (excluding Quebec). No extra software, spreadsheets, or e-transfers needed, and Jane even handles CRA remittances to help keep things compliant. Join the waitlist to get access as we continue rolling it out!
- New Staff Email Notification for Completed Intake Forms: Never miss a completed intake form again (or wonder if it’s in yet). You can now get an email as soon as a patient submits their forms, so you’re not refreshing reports or checking back “just in case.” This optional notification lives in your staff profile and helps keep everyone in the loop before appointments.
- Online Package Sales: We know this one’s been on a lot of wish lists. 👀 Soon, clients will be able to purchase packages directly through your online booking site using Jane Payments. We’re now in a small closed beta for online package sales, and hoping to expand this in the coming weeks. If you want to give it a try, you can sign up here.
- 🇺🇸+🇨🇦 Group-based Services: We’re taking a fresh look at how Jane’s group-based offerings support your practice and keep you connected with patients. We’d love to learn more about what’s working well, what might be missing, and how Jane can better support you. Share your thoughts in this quick survey.
- 🇺🇸+🇨🇦 Medication Management: We’re working on a Medication Summary that makes it easier to see what’s been prescribed, what’s ongoing, and what’s changed over time, without digging through notes. If medication conversations are part of your day-to-day work, we’d love your input. Feel free to share your interest in our upcoming beta.
