Tags: Customize what can be booked, and when

Tags let you fine-tune your schedule by controlling which treatments are available to book at specific times. Instead of showing every available service during every open time slot, you can use tags to offer services only during designated times. It’s a great way to streamline online booking and align appointment types with your clinic’s workflow.


Rooms: Track shared spaces or allow overlapping appointments

Rooms in Jane are flexible. They can represent a shared treatment space used by multiple staff, or enable the ability for overlapping appointments to be booked for a practitioner This makes it keep track of rooms for bookings when multiple people share the same room, or to enable overlapping appointments for workflows like chiropractors or acupuncturists who may treat more than one patient at a time.


Resources: Manage equipment and space availability

Whether it’s equipment, a shared space, or even a practitioner themselves, Jane’s resource booking feature helps make sure that those things aren’t double-booked. Resources can be attached to treatments, blocked off during appointments, and even used to create bookable services that don’t require a staff member.
