Eligibility Checks with Claim.MD (US)
Know exactly what your patient or client’s insurance covers before their appointment begins. With this new tool, you can quickly confirm eligibility right from their profile, and make sure that you’re setting clear expectations with your patient from the start.
TELUS eClaims for counsellors (Canada)
Counsellors in Canada can now direct bill through TELUS eClaims, making sessions more accessible for clients, and helping your practice’s cash flow stay on track.
Automated payment reminders post-insurance
Let Jane take on the task of reminding patients about any remaining balances, after their insurance has settled, by automatically sending a secure payment link by email or SMS.

Treatment Add-Ons
Treatment Add-Ons provide an admin-friendly way for staff to easily add additional services to appointments on behalf of patients. This lets you send one consolidated confirmation email while giving patients more options for their care.

Skip the email threads and phone tag. With Jane Messaging, you can securely send updates, share documents, and chat with clients right from Jane.
Jane Mobile App for clients (Canada)
Jane’s new mobile app makes booking and staying on top of appointments easy. With a single login, patients can now book appointments across multiple clinics and manage appointments on the go.
Improved Online Appointments
Host virtual appointments with improved performance for 1:1 or group sessions (up to 12 participants). These updates help support a smoother experience — even if someone’s connection isn’t perfect.
Patients' Preferred Time Zone
No more mental math for time zone differences! Patients can now set a preferred time zone in their profile, ensuring appointment reminders and scheduling reflect their local time. This makes booking across multiple time zones or with out-of-town or traveling patients a whole lot smoother.
Reserve with Google
Be found — and booked — with Google. Connect Jane to your Google profile for easier bookings when patients search for your clinic on Google Search or Maps.
Because evenings should be for loved ones, not admin work:
Voice-to-Chart
Jane’s first (and only!) AI transcription feature turns session recordings into detailed SOAP notes or custom documentation. Reduce your charting time by up to 75%, and spend more time with clients — or just enjoying your downtime.
Supervision
This new dedicated workflow simplifies the process of reviewing, giving feedback, and approving chart notes for supervised staff — improving collaboration and minimizing back-and-forth.
Integrated Outbound Fax with Documo
Quickly and securely send faxes directly from Jane, without needing to download, print, or juggle external platforms.
Timesheets
Timesheets make payroll run a little smoother by helping you easily track hours for your staff and calculate payable hours. Staff can clock in and out right from their account, giving payroll managers a clear and accurate view of logged hours.
