Quick Tutorial

Brandon suggested creating a limited access admin profile in your Jane account for your Virtual Reception team.

You can do this by creating a new Staff Profile and naming it something like “Smiledog VR”. You’ll want to leave the discipline blank so Jane knows you’re creating an admin profile.

Jane doesn’t count admin profiles towards your subscription rate, so you won’t be charged any extra for this. 👍

Next, select the Permissions and Commissions tab. You can set the Staff Permissions to restrict access to only the information that your Virtual Reception might need. We’ve chosen Front Desk and removed their ability to View Shared Charts.
