Jane Payments Terminal Custom Branding

Your Jane Payments Terminal isn’t just for processing payments; it can also help reinforce your clinic’s brand. While idle, the terminal can display a custom image of your choosing, creating a professional and on-brand experience for your clients at checkout.

How do I set up a custom terminal image?

Head over to your Settings > Jane Payments area. From there, select Manage All Terminals in the top right corner.

Click on the blue pencil icon beside the terminal you’d like to update.

Once you’re in the settings, scroll to the bottom of the page, upload your image, and then click Save Details.

It usually takes two to three minutes before your new image appears on the terminal screen.

📍Note: When you update the image for one terminal, the change will apply to all terminals assigned to that same location.

For the best results, keep in mind a few image requirements: JPG and PNG files must be under 2 MB. If you’re uploading a JPG or PNG, be sure to crop it to match the display resolution of your device. The ideal resolution is 720 x 1280.
