By enrolling in the Program, you are agreeing to these Terms, including any modifications and/or updates made by Jane from time to time.

Privacy & Data Use

Jane’s Affiliate Program is managed through PartnerStack, a trusted third-party platform that facilitates tracking and commission payouts. By participating in the program, you agree to PartnerStack’s Partner Agreement and Privacy Policy, as they govern the use of the platform and how your information is handled.

We encourage you to review both documents to understand your rights and responsibilities when using PartnerStack.

Community Standards

We love the Jane Community and want to keep it a helpful, friendly, and open place where everyone feels comfortable and welcome. We ask that all Ambassadors adhere to Jane’s simple community standards to help us maintain this goal.

Participation in the Program

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and confirm that your participation in the Program does not violate your employer’s policies (including, without limitation, any ethics, employee conduct, or company rules that prohibit or limit outside activities).

Affiliate Program Overview

Jane’s Affiliate Program is designed to support individuals and organizations who want to share Jane with their communities and earn commissions on referrals that result in new customer signups.

Participation is by invitation or application only. Jane reserves the right to approve or deny any applicant and may remove participants at its sole discretion.

Commissions & Referral Tracking

Jane shall pay a commission as compensation for the Affiliate Partner’s services under this Referral Program for each new paid customer for Jane that results from a referral signup (“Referral Fee”). Compensation under these terms contemplates a one-time fee payment based upon a successful referral signup, as detailed in the “Criteria for Earning a Referral Fee” section below. The Affiliate Partner shall not be entitled to any other forms of compensation from additional purchases, upgrades, or renewals made by the referred signup after the Referral Fee has been earned by the Affiliate Partner.

Criteria for Earning Referral Fee

• The referral signup must be submitted to Jane via the Affiliate’s unique affiliate link or code. A referral signup is defined as a new customer who completes a signup for Jane after clicking the Affiliate’s unique link.
• A referral window (e.g., 60-days) may apply, meaning the signup must occur within that timeframe after clicking your link.
• The Referral Fee is earned if the referred customer’s subscription remains active for 60-days after signup and has paid their most recent invoice to Jane.
• Referral Fees will be paid only after Jane receives payment from the referred customer.

Referral Fee

The Referral Fee is a one-time payment issued to Affiliates for each eligible signup they refer to Jane through their unique affiliate link. This fee is paid only when the referred customer meets all of Jane’s referral criteria and becomes a paying customer.

The amount of the Referral Fee is determined by the affiliate tier the Affiliate qualifies for. Affiliate tiers are based on performance metrics such as the number of successful referred signups and the number of those signups who convert to paying customers.

Affiliates will be notified if they are moved into a new tier, which may change their commission rate depending on their performance. If an Affiliate no longer meets the requirements of their current tier, Jane may reassign them to a different tier and will notify them of the change.

Details regarding affiliate tiers, Referral Fee amounts, and commission structures can be found through your affiliate dashboard.

Exclusions to the Referral Fee

• Signups not using the unique affiliate link or code.
• Customers whose subscription is inactive or cancelled before 60-days.
• Customers with unpaid, refunded, or disputed invoices.
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, or fraudulent signups.
• Signups resulting from the Affiliate’s paid advertising or bidding on Jane-branded keywords (which is prohibited).
• Any other cases where Jane reasonably determines the referral was not legitimate or violates these Terms.

Payment of Referral Fees

Referral Fees will be issued within 30 business days following Jane’s receipt of payment from the referred customer. Commission rates, payout frequency, and payment methods will be provided via your affiliate dashboard or direct communication. Jane reserves the right to modify commission terms or criteria at any time with reasonable notice.

Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates agree to:

• Share Jane in an honest, transparent, and respectful manner.
• Clearly and prominently disclose their relationship with Jane in any public-facing promotional content, in accordance with applicable laws and local authority guidelines (e.g., “As a Jane affiliate, I may earn a commission…”). For example, this includes following the guidelines of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in the United States or Advertising Standards Canada (ASC) in Canada.
• Avoid misleading claims about Jane’s features, pricing, or services.
• Use only Jane-approved branding, messaging, and creative assets, unless otherwise approved in writing.
• Follow Jane’s Trademark Usage and Brand Guidelines, including appropriate use of logos, names, and other brand elements. These guidelines are considered part of these Terms and may be updated from time to time.

Jane reserves the right to review affiliate content at any time and may request edits or removal of any material that misrepresents Jane, violates these Terms, or is inconsistent with Jane’s brand standards.

By participating in the Program, Affiliates consent to receive electronic communications from Jane, including newsletters and updates related to the Program. Affiliates may reply to any such communication to request removal from the mailing list.

Restrictions

Affiliates may not:

• Use paid advertising or bid on branded keywords (e.g., “Jane app,” “Jane clinic software”).
• Create fake accounts or refer themselves using their affiliate link.
• Offer unapproved incentives such as cash-back or unauthorized discounts.
• Promote Jane on platforms that are offensive, inappropriate, or unrelated to Jane’s services.

Exclusivity

Participation in Jane’s Affiliate Program is non-exclusive. You are welcome to participate in other affiliate programs or partnerships, provided your activities do not conflict with these Terms, violate confidentiality, or misrepresent Jane. We believe in building flexible, values-aligned relationships and do not require exclusivity from our affiliates.

Confidentiality

Affiliates may receive confidential information about Jane’s business, products, or operations, including, but not limited to, performance metrics such as revenue figures, referred clinic details, or data on how their partnership contributes to Jane’s growth. This information is provided solely to support your participation in the program and must not be shared publicly or with third parties unless expressly authorized in writing by Jane.

Affiliates agree to treat all such information as confidential and to take reasonable steps to safeguard it. This obligation survives the termination of your participation in the Affiliate Program.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Jane, including logos, copy, and creatives, remain the property of Jane. Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable license to use these materials for promotional purposes only while actively participating in the program.

Termination

Jane may suspend or terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these terms
• Prolonged inactivity
• Use of misleading or unethical promotional tactics
• Any other reason at Jane’s sole discretion

You may also withdraw from the program at any time by notifying Jane in writing. Upon termination, access to affiliate tools and future commissions will cease unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any commissions earned prior to the date of termination will be paid out in accordance with the normal payout schedule, unless the termination was due to a breach of these Terms.

Authorization and Release

You grant Jane Software Inc. and its representatives, licensees, successors, and affiliates the right to use your name, likeness, voice, photo, biographical info, testimonials, and similar content (your “Identity”) in connection with the promotion of Jane. This right is granted worldwide, in perpetuity, and across all forms of media, unless otherwise revoked in writing.

Updates to Terms
