Dispute Reason: Product unacceptable

In order to strengthen your case and demonstrate the quality and suitability of the product in question, we request that you provide us with the following evidence to submit to the bank:

  • Detailed description of the product, including specifications, features, and any relevant information about its intended use
  • Any set expectations regarding the product or service, such as signed policies indicating reasonable expectations, risks, and possible outcomes
  • Records of the transaction, including order details or record of service rendered, purchase date, and any relevant documentation such as invoices or receipts
  • Any communication or correspondence between you and the cardholder regarding the product’s condition or any attempts to address their concerns

If this dispute is related to a payment taken for a late cancellation or no-show fee, please let us know and we will provide further instructions and suggestions.
