Ready to boost your revenue while spending less time managing your money? We thought you might be. đ
First, youâll need to set up Jane Online Payments. To do this, Full-Access users can start by heading to Settings > Jane Payments.
If youâre ready to go, click the blue âIâm in, letâs do thisâ button and follow the on-screen prompts and questions.
Since we will be facilitating payments and transferring money to you, weâll need to collect some information about you and your business and your banking information. This should only take about 5 minutes.
Why do I need to provide this information? More information here: https://support.stripe.com/questions/know-your-customer-obligations
Be sure to enter the information exactly how you are registered to operate as a business to avoid any interruptions:
- Are you registered with the IRS/CRA to operate as a company (LLC, Inc, etc) or as a sole proprietor?
- Company: The bank account will also need to need to indicate the company name
- Sole Proprietor: The bank account will need to be under your personal name
Once youâre done, youâll see a confirmation page letting you know that your Jane Online Payments account is set up. This means that youâre ready to start accepting and processing online payments. đ
