Hey Jane community,

With the holidays right around the corner, we’re getting ready to cozy up by the fireplace, sip some eggnog, and look back on the year and everything we’re grateful for— that includes you! We hope you enjoy these early holiday treats we’ve been working on. 🎁

Things get busy around the holidays, so to save time, clients can now pay for their own invoices and those of a family member in one transaction. Also, when a client pays for their child’s invoice, for example, the parent is listed as the payer. This feature speeds up the checkout process and makes invoices more accurate, just in time for the busiest month of the year.

(2) Charting for Classes or Group Appointments

We know that charting for Classes or Group Appointments (like family or couples therapy) can be time-consuming. To help speed things up, we made a feature that allows you to quickly copy a signed chart entry from one participant to all the other folks in the session.

This option shows up on any chart entry with a Class or Group Appointment attached to it. If you need a refresher on attaching chart entries to appointments, you can check out this guide. Happy charting!

  • Intake Forms, Clinical Surveys, and Ratings & Reviews are moving in together: 🚛 There’s a new home for the setup of your client forms and surveys (Intake Forms, Clinical Surveys, Ratings & Reviews). These are now conveniently grouped together in the Forms and Surveys tab.
