Jane's Terminal Payments

If your clinic accepts debit or in-person credit card payments, the Jane Payments Terminal makes checkout simple and connected. It links directly to your Jane account, so you can process transactions for multiple practitioners, save cards on file, and see all payment activity in real time.

Because the terminal connects at the location level, you only need one terminal even if your clinic has multiple Jane Payments accounts at the same place. Each practitioner’s payouts will still go directly to their own bank account, making it easy to share a single terminal across your team without any extra setup.

You can also save a client’s card on file when they tap, swipe, or insert it — an easy way to make future visits smoother and help reduce no-shows.

All payments processed through Jane Payments, whether online or in person, are recorded automatically in Jane. Reporting and payouts stay in one place and follow the same schedule, which means less manual reconciliation and fewer errors.

The Jane Payments Terminal is available for Jane Payments users in 🇨🇦 Canada, 🇺🇸 the US, and 🇬🇧 the UK.

Shipments

Wondering how long it takes to receive your Jane Payments Terminal?

In Canada, delivery usually takes between 2–5 business days. Terminals ship from Ontario, so clinics that are farther away may see slightly longer shipping times.

In the United States, terminals are shipped by UPS and typically arrive within a couple of business days. Shipments come from multiple locations across the country, so delivery is often quite fast.

In the United Kingdom, terminals are shipped by Royal Mail and usually arrive within 6 business days.
