What are ALMs (Ambassador Led Meetups)?
We’ve outlined two types of ALMs for Ambassadors to be involved in depending on who you’d like the event to be for. 👇
1. Ambassador Led Practitioner Meetups (attendees: community members/fellow practitioners)
ALMs are educational meetups for health and wellness practitioners, clinic owners, and even new graduates to come together and learn from YOU about Jane, along with your journey in clinic life and business.
They serve to educate and inspire both Jane users and non-Jane users to be more successful by providing support, community, and product education. These events promote Jane authentically through your trusted voice while providing valuable educational content about opening, running, and growing a practice.
ALM hosts share their business success stories, take part in discussions, and network with others to build a strong community in their local area around their topics of interest.
2. Ambassador Led Ambassador Meetups (attendees are: Jane Ambassadors)
These meetups are exclusive events tailored specifically for Jane Ambassadors and are designed to foster deeper connections within the Ambassador community, providing a platform for Ambassador celebration, discussing best practices, and exchanging innovative ideas.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Ambassador Team to create a fun and interactive atmosphere, ensuring each session is informative, delightful and aligned with the program goals.
Who can lead an ALM?
This benefit is available to Ambassadors at the All-Star Engagement Level who have been active in the program for a minimum of three months. Please contact us with any questions about your eligibility.
What’s expected of an ALM host?
As an ALM host, we expect you to:
- Focus your ALM on connecting Jane users and non-Jane users, providing valuable content about opening, running, and growing a practice.
- Include a Jane-focused educational session in your event. Formats can include panel discussions, business coaching, breakout groups, demos, or specialized content presentations. The Ambassador Team can assist with content creation and provide necessary support based on your needs and preferences.
- Promote the event to your community before, during, and after the meetup.
- Communicate in a timely manner with the Jane Ambassador Team throughout the planning process.
- Capture event content (ie. videos, pictures & social media posts)
- Write a reflection on your experience and share it with your LinkedIn community.
How does Jane support ALMs?
Jane will support your ALM through a variety of ways, including:
- Covering event costs depending on size and location
- Creation of promotional graphics for the event
- Social promotion to the Jane Community
- Depending on your request, we can also provide you with occasional Jane speakers and presentation resources to help with your meetups
Are ALMS in-person or virtual?
Our ALM program is designed to support in-person meetups.
Can I have a co-leader?
The more the merrier! If there are fellow Jane Ambassadors that you’d like to host an ALM with, we always encourage collaboration.
