Jane's Guide Here's all the help you need to use Jane.

Jane's Monthly Newsletter (April)

Hey Jane community,

This month, we’re doing something a little different. Rather than share what’s shiny and new, we want to give you a behind-the-scenes look at a few features on our roadmap — the one that you’re helping us shape.

Let’s get to it.

1) Clinic Payroll & Compensation Survey

We’re in the discovery phase of making it easier for clinic owners to pay themselves and their teams — and you can have a say in what this might look like!

We want to know how Jane can bring delight to your payroll and compensation workflows. By filling out this survey, you’ll help us better understand how you pay your staff, as well as the challenges you encounter when running payroll.

Whether you’re a solo-preneur, run a large practice, or fall somewhere in the middle, we’d love to hear from you. 💙

Share your thoughts & ideas in this survey >

2) Future of Jane: Roadmap Sneak Peek

We want to keep you in the loop about what’s coming your way. So, here are a few more features and updates that we’re continuing to work on and will share more information about as it becomes available:

1) Supervisor Sign-off

We’re working on our Supervisors feature in a few iterative phases. First, we’ll start by tackling the Supervisor Sign-Off workflow. Following this, we’re working towards implementing a feedback loop that will allow a supervisor to request edits be made before signing off.

2) 🇺🇸 Eligibility Checks with Claim.MD

Our clearinghouse integration just keeps getting better! You will soon be able to perform eligibility checks through Claim.MD without having to leave your Jane account. The results of the check will be stored in the patient’s insurance policy for easy review whenever you need it.

3) Patient Time Zones

We’re going to start by focusing on updating the booking-related areas and flows that affect your patients. With the Time Zones feature, patients will be able to book and manage their appointments and receive clinic notifications and reminders tailored to their preferred time zones.

4) Jane AI

Acknowledging that we still have some essentials to improve, we’re exploring how we can weave AI technology into our features. Guided by our carefully crafted AI principles, we aren’t just jumping on the AI bandwagon because it’s trendy — instead, we’re focused on how we can sprinkle in complimentary, safe improvements to how you work, starting with exploring easier charting. If you’d like to be a part of shaping this, feel free to fill out this survey.

And, these aren’t the only things on our roadmap! We’ll be sure to share even more exciting feature sneak peeks with you soon. 👀
