Hey Jane community,

This month, we have an update to our Clinical Surveys that we think you’ll love.

That might seem like a bold claim, but we measured that outcome. 😏

(1) Outcome Measure Surveys

We’ve been working on improving our Clinical Surveys feature to allow you to build and send tools like Outcome Measure Surveys. Some initial updates to grab pre-scored surveys (like a PHQ-9 or NDI) added by the community. Just look for the little 📊 Score icon.

Once your surveys are built, you can head to your clients’ profiles to send them individually. Surveys can be sent:

  • Automatically: before or after every in-person visit to your practice
  • Automatically: on a regular schedule
  • Manually: whenever you choose, by selecting “Don’t send automatically” and then using the 3 dots under “Action” to either email a new survey or Pass to Client.

To help keep things tidy, each practitioner can choose which surveys appear in their drop-down menu of survey options (in the client profile and chart) under their Staff Profile > Templates > Surveys.

We’ve loved hearing how much quicker and easier it makes submitting claims, managing rejections, and posting payments for all our beta users. While we continue to cross our t’s and dot our i’s, folks on the Insurance Plan can join the beta today by connecting a Claim.MD account with Jane.

(3) New green for Arrived + Paid appointments

If you have the dark green turned on for your Arrived + Paid appointments

We’re still brewing up a better solution for how this feature works with $0 invoices. So, in the meantime, we’ve built a toggle: Jane’s been brushing up on some translation skills! We’ve updated Jane’s Wait List Notifications so that they are automatically translated to your account’s default language. - Schedule Accessibility Updates: As part of an ongoing effort to make the Schedule more accessible to our visually impaired users, we’ve spruced up a few components, like the Date-Picker and Break buttons, to improve their readability by screen readers. - Telehealth Improvements: We’re continuing to roll out improvements to our Online Appointments for Groups feature, with a recent update that will make it more evident if you fail to connect to a call. - 🧑‍💻 Get the Most out of Jane in Your Medical Aesthetics Clinic: Join us on June 29th, at 10:00 AM PT as we sit down with Jeanine Harrison to discuss 4 workflows she uses in Jane to run an efficient medical aesthetics practice.
