Tips for Sharing Training Resources

We recommend including some custom language in a few of your emails to ensure your clients have set up a username and password for their My Account, as well as making sure they log in to the My Account area prior to the session to test their set up.

Customizing your Welcome Email

To do this, head over to Settings > Language. You’ll find a number of items you can customize here.

We recommend adding language to:

  • Welcome Email: Intro

Adding Custom Language & Video Links:

You will be given an area to enter the new text for the email and then see a preview of how it looks below.

You can also add in some fancy formatting - check out the cheat sheet just below the text boxes (click & expand “View formatting instructions”) to learn the code.

💡Jane Tip: Link the Training Video in Email:

If you’re interested in linking the “How to Begin an Appointment” patient training video in one of your emails, use the formatting instructions below with the following video link address: https://vimeo.com/401661361

You’re welcome to use the language below, some variation of it, or your own language, entirely.

Here’s an example of some language you can use in the Welcome email:

Example Language for Welcome Email:

If we will be meeting for an online appointment, you will receive an email 30 minutes prior to your appointment with a link to begin. You can also sign in to your patient account and tap Begin. 💻
