Jane Payroll Fee Schedule

This Fee Schedule sets out the fees that apply to use of Jane Payroll. It is incorporated by reference into the Additional Jane Payroll Terms, which form part of Jane's Terms of Use. All fees are subject to applicable taxes.

Your applicable fees are determined by your jurisdiction at the time of activation, subject to change as described in the Additional Jane Payroll Terms.

United States

Jane Payroll is currently available to select Subscribers in the United States as part of a limited beta program.

US pricing is in a beta period and is subject to change before Jane Payroll reaches general availability in the United States. Pricing for US beta participants is communicated directly at the time of enrollment.

This Fee Schedule will be updated with finalized US pricing before Jane Payroll becomes generally available in the United States. US beta participants will be notified of any pricing changes in accordance with the Fee Schedule Updates section of the Jane Payroll Terms.

Canada

Jane Payroll is available to Subscribers in Canada, excluding Quebec. All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Subscription fees

Subscription billing begins after your first payroll run. Setup and onboarding are free. Billing is monthly in advance, with automatic proration for mid-month changes to enrolled staff. You may cancel at any time.

Base fee: $40 CAD per clinic, per month
Per-staff fee: $6 CAD per staff member enrolled in payroll, per month (includes employees and contractors)
You are billed for all enrolled staff members regardless of whether each individual has been included in a payroll run.

Ancillary fees

The following fees apply in specific circumstances. They are invoiced separately and will not appear on your regular monthly subscription bill.

Insufficient funds fee
- Amount: $100 CAD per occurrence
- When it applies: When a payroll debit fails due to insufficient funds in your linked bank account. This fee is in addition to the recovery of any funds Jane has advanced on your behalf.
Historical data correction fee
- Amount: $50 CAD per affected staff member
- When it applies: When incorrect information, such as payment amounts or benefit deductions, requires amendments to previously processed payroll or paystubs.
Expedited payment fee
- Amount: $10 CAD per staff member included in the payroll run
- When it applies: When a clinic misses the standard submission deadline and requests accelerated processing.
