A really proud moment for a really great team
The best support calls end with someone feeling a little better than when they started. Not just closing a ticket, but making someone’s day feel easier so they can get back to doing the work they love. That belief earned Jane’s Support Team a Bronze Stevie® Award in 2023, another Bronze in 2025, and this year a Silver Stevie® Award for Customer Service Department of the Year in Computer Software at the 20th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
We’re so proud of that, and a little bit amazed every time. This year’s competition drew more than 2,100 nominations from organizations across 41 countries, which makes the recognition feel that much more meaningful.
