Lilly Risch, LCSW, is the founder of Forward Healing Therapy, a Wisconsin-based group therapy practice specializing in modern, evidence-based trauma care. As an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, Lilly specializes in EMDR therapy, attachment-focused EMDR, complex trauma and dissociation and supporting clients who are seeking deeper, more lasting change through the integration of EMDR therapy and ketamine-assisted therapy. Lilly is also a business coach for EMDR therapists, blending strong clinical guidance with ethical marketing strategy and sustainable practice-building support. She helps EMDR clinicians clarify their messaging, strengthen their visibility, market EMDR therapy with confidence, and build profitable, aligned therapy practices. I lived in Europe and Southeast Asia as a child, so I would love to spend time in South America and Africa.
📚 What is your favourite way to learn something new?
I love how user-friendly and intuitive Jane is. The self-scheduling feature has been so easy for my clients to use, and saved me so much admin time!

I love to just dive in and learn as I go. Sometimes it's messy, but I just embrace it!
