Mental Health Therapist & Business Coach for Therapists

Hannah Ciampini, LCSW, is redefining what therapy and private practice can look like. As the founder of Hello Calm Therapy and Blueprint & Bloom, she has built a boutique, intensive-focused model that prioritizes depth, efficiency, and meaningful transformation, for both clients and clinicians. Based in Pensacola, Florida, Hannah specializes in EMDR intensives, helping adults move through trauma, anxiety, and long-standing patterns in a way that feels focused, contained, and effective. Her approach challenges the traditional weekly therapy model by offering structured, longer sessions designed to create real momentum and lasting change. Beyond her clinical work, Hannah is a business mentor for therapists ready to step out of burnout and into more aligned, sustainable practices. Through Blueprint & Bloom, she teaches clinicians how to design premium, high-impact services that support both client outcomes and therapist wellbeing, without relying on high caseloads or constant availability. Known for her warm, grounded presence and clear, no-fluff approach, Hannah blends clinical expertise with real-world strategy. Her work empowers both clients and therapists to move forward with clarity, confidence, and a practice model that actually supports the life they want to live.

💙 What’s one thing you tell everyone they need to know about Jane?

One thing I tell everyone they need to know about Jane App is that it actually adapts to your practice, instead of forcing you into a rigid system. Whether you’re running traditional sessions, intensives, or even a coaching business like I do, Jane gives you the flexibility to build your services, schedule, and workflows in a way that truly fits how you want to work. It doesn’t feel like you’re constantly trying to “make it work”… it just works with you.

📚 What is your favourite way to learn something new?

My favorite way to learn something new is a mix of hands-on implementation and bite-sized teaching. I like to quickly understand the concept, then immediately apply it in a real-life setting so it actually sticks. I’m also a big fan of short, practical trainings I can come back to, especially when they’re paired with templates or clear next steps. Give me something I can learn and use the same day, and I’m in.
