Elana Sures is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Approved Clinical Supervisor, and the founder of Open Space Counselling, a group practice with two Vancouver-area locations and a team of 20+ therapists. Through her consulting company, Group Practice Performance, she works with practice owners on the operational and clinical systems that can strengthen both growth and client outcomes. Elana has a strong focus on client retention and the key performance indicators that make for more profitable and impactful practices. Elana is a strong advocate for using data to understand client patterns in session attendance, booking, and treatment planning, giving practice owners the insights they need to coach their team more effectively and keep clients engaged. Elana is the creator of the Client Retention System, a video-based online team training program used by group practices to reduce early client dropout, increase average number of visits, and build more stable, productive caseloads.
