Chiropractor and Solopreneur Coach at Clinic Accelerator

Manju is a Chiropractor and now a Coach at Clinic Accelerator, where she works with over 1,400+ clinic owners across North America to help them launch and scale successful, sustainable practices. After graduating from CMCC, Manju built and operated three multi-disciplinary clinics in rural Ontario (one of them being an online virtual practice during COVID, thank you Jane!) But like many clinic owners, she hit a breaking point with my brick and mortar locations- juggling patients, staff, operations, and burnout with little clarity on how to grow without sacrificing everything else. It was a really low point for her as she realized she needed to be within a community of like minded practitioners and mentors who could help her out. She joined Clinic Accelerator and with their support, Manju learned how to build systems, hire and train a leadership team, and finally step away from full-time practice. Manju was able to transform her clinics into self-managing businesses, eventually exiting within 8 years to focus on what she loves most: helping others do the same. Today, Manju coaches clinicians at the very beginning of their journey- those opening their first clinics or making their first hires. Manju knows how overwhelming that can be, and she also know what’s possible when you have the right support, structure, and tools (like Jane!) to grow with confidence.

✈️ What area of the world do you most want to visit?

I would love to visit Giraffe Manor in Kenya.

💙 What’s one thing you tell everyone they need to know about Jane?

If there was a crystal ball anywhere in the clinic software world, it would be in the Jane office. Jane is constantly innovating, tuning into what therapists and clinic owners actually need. From reducing admin overwhelm to integrating direct billing, marketing tools, and rehab plans, Jane just gets it. They’ve been the secret weapon behind my clinics for years, and allowed me to scale so much that I was able to bring on therapists from across Canada into my rural location using their virtual platform. This was a game changer for our little rural community. I

📚 What is your favourite way to learn something new?

My best ideas have always come from being around people who love executing vs. planning. Now, I find that my learning curve is shortened with a execute, make mistakes, iterating, and then reiterate. It's my favorite way of learning.
