✈️ What area of the world do you most want to visit?
My favorite is blending work and pleasure, for example when I went to IMCAS this year in France and took a few extra days to learn about French skincare. South Korea is on my list for the aesthetic procedures and innovations, Japan for lifestyle, and Australia for their connectedness to nature and also because they have a thriving aesthetics industry!
💙 What’s one thing you tell everyone they need to know about Jane?
Highly customizable!!! I let my nurses and doctors know that I am there to help them with templates, consents, intakes forms since we have got that dialed in over the years. It is an incredible value that fits everyone from a solo suite injector to a multi-provider practice with several locations. Most importantly, I let them know their medical director can easily find the notes that need to be signed monthly in their profile.
📚 What is your favourite way to learn something new?
Taking a chance and putting myself out there! In content, public speaking, new procedures, etc. I remember starting my concierge spa in 2018 with a rolling makeup bag and paper charts. I had no idea what I was doing but I was so passionate about helping women feel great inside and out. There are no mistakes, only lessons.
🎧 Podcast or book recommendation?
My favorite book recommendation is The Way of Integrity by Martha Beck. It helped me tap into who I truly am amongst societal and family expectations of me. Its a great read if you find yourself in burnout or "stuckness".
