Anahita Lake Khosravi, PsyD, is a licensed psychologist and business coach who built a group therapy practice from zero to $2 million in revenue in just three years, then sold it. She knows what it takes to create a practice that runs itself, pays well, and is actually worth something when you're ready to walk away. She’s gone through the trials and tribulations of scaling a group practice, from the days of wondering if you’ll have anything leftover to pay yourself, to stressing about managing everyone on your team. But she knew she had an asset that she couldn’t just walk away from. She hustled and got the practice to a place where she was able to sell it. Now she’s helping therapists and group practice owners scale their practice to run itself, so they can make the money they want without the full time hours. When she's not coaching, you'll find her lifting heavy weights, playing with her three kids, or on the dance floor.
