Kristin Mikkelson
Partner Development Manager
As the leader of Jane's Ambassador program, Kristin oversees Ambassador strategy, discovery, and paid partnerships. In her free time, she enjoys hitting the gym, planning future getaways, and hanging out with her furry friend Juniper.

Partner Development Strategist
Lauren curates the Ambassadors’ experience and recognition once they’ve joined the program. When she's not working with Ambassadors, you can find her teaching fitness and travelling.

Frequently asked questions
Jane's Ambassador Program is all about recognizing, connecting, and supporting like-minded helpers in our community. We launched our Ambassador program in June 2022 as a way to create long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with community members who have a network of other practitioners.
ane’s Ambassador program is currently by invitation. If we think you’d make a great Jane ambassador, you’ll receive an email from a member of our ambassador team! If you’re curious about becoming a Jane Ambassador, you can apply here.
New patients may have the Jane app already on their phones. But they’ll need to have an account with your clinic already set up before they can link it in the app.
While we don't have any strict guidelines, here are a few things we look for from our ambassadors:
- Jane Ambassadors are passionate users and active members of our online Community Forum. It's great when they can support practitioners and share their knowledge.
- Jane Ambassadors share their love for Jane with their networks. Whether it's through word-of-mouth, social media, or just by proudly wearing Jane swag, we appreciate it all!
- Jane Ambassadors participate in Jane's Ambassador Program activities, such as our roadmap sessions where they can provide input on our plans.
- Jane Ambassadors will uphold the mission, values, and guiding principles of the Jane Ambassador program.
We're committed to the long-term. 💙 While Ambassadorship is ongoing, please note that the program structure may change in the future. We also understand that you might be running a practice or working on other projects and that you may not have time to be an Ambassador anymore. If at any point you no longer want to participate, please let us know. No hard feelings!
Participation in Jane’s Ambassador program is voluntary. While we don’t offer direct financial compensation, there may be opportunities for Jane to sponsor an event or workshop you’re putting on. Let us know what you have coming up and we’ll see how we can support you!
We understand that you might be running a practice or working on other projects and that you may not have time to be an ambassador anymore. If at any point you no longer want to participate, please let us know.
Great question! Yes, typically we prefer Jane Ambassadors to be current or alumni Jane user; however, we review everyone's application on a case-by-case basis to determine if you'd be a good fit for Jane's Ambassador program as much as if Jane would be for you. If we see benefits for both sides of the relationship, we'd be happy to continue reviewing your Ambassador application.
