What is an Account Setup Consultation?

An Account Setup Consultation is a 1-on-1 call with a Jane onboarding specialist, at no additional cost.

During the call, you’ll learn how to set up your account, customize Jane to fit your clinic’s needs, and explore some suggested workflows to help save time right from the start.

It’s a chance to get personalized guidance from someone who’s helped many clinics just like yours.

Who should book an Account Setup Consultation?

Even if tech comes second nature to you, or if you’d like an extra hand, we recommend that all new Jane customers book an Account Setup Consultation.

This 45-minute call gives you a chance to ask questions and make sure you’re confident using Jane before you go live.

💡 Note: These consultations are designed for clinics that are brand new to Jane. If you’re already up and running, it’s best to email or call our Support Team. They’re happy to help.

When is the best time for an Account Setup Consultation?

Ideally you can book your consultation any time within a week of signing up.

Many clinics like to begin with Jane’s in-app Onboarding Wizard first. That way, you can get a feel for things and bring any questions to the call.

If you’d rather have a human walk you through things from day one, go ahead and book above.

What happens during the call?

We’ll cover:

  • Your schedule and online booking preferences.
  • How your clinic handles billing so you can get paid smoothly.
  • The progress you’ve made so far, so we can fill in any gaps and answer your questions.
  • Your daily workflows, with tips and best practices to make Jane work for you.

At the end of the call, we’ll recap next steps, including any setup action items. You can continue on your own or schedule a follow-up with your specialist.

How do I book?

You can book your consultation by filling out the form above and choosing your preferred date and time. Appointment times are displayed in your local time zone.

Next, complete a short questionnaire so we can tailor the consultation to your clinic’s needs, and add any team members who’d benefit from the call.

Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your booking details and instructions on how to join your consultation.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, you can do that directly from your confirmation email.

How do I join the call?

We host Account Setup Consultations on Zoom. You’ll receive an email from your Jane specialist with your meeting link and instructions for joining and screen sharing.

  • Screen sharing helps us walk through your setup together.
  • If you’re migrating from another platform, we recommend booking before importing your data so you can share your screen without showing patient information.
  • If you’ve already imported, no problem. We’ll use Jane’s demo site instead.
  • If you prefer a phone call, just let us know and we’ll arrange it.
