Partner Marketing Coordinator

Our emerging partner marketing program will augment the word of mouth and community-based growth we’ve seen throughout Jane’s history, helping us link up with other businesses and organizations to widen our reach and introduce Jane to more clinic owners and practitioners.

As our first-ever Partner Marketing Coordinator, you’ll join the marketing team to introduce Jane to new partners across North America while also supporting the growing group of partners we currently have. In this role, you’ll take ownership for our growing group of US billers, marketing agencies and virtual assistant services, helping them understand how Jane can help their communities and customers.  Your day-to-day will include working with partners and internal teams (marketing, customer support, and product) to identify, design and carry out collaborative partner marketing, conducting market research to find and manage new partnerships, and reporting on each partner relationship to key stakeholders, both inside and outside Jane. You’ll be part of launching partner marketing at a rapidly growing software company with the support of passionate and thoughtful teammates, so now is the time to join!

We’re a North Vancouver-born SaaS company with a distributed remote team across Canada, and our platform is modernizing the world of practice management software. We enable the likes of physiotherapists, mental health counsellors, chiropractors, and other allied health practitioners to run their practices in a digital-first way through features such as online booking, charting, scheduling, secure video, and billing along with an evolving library of features.

Tens of thousands of healthcare practices globally are now running on Jane. In 2021, we processed over 73 million patient appointments, and our scheduling application alone handles more than 10 million API calls per day. Jane is now the number one choice for Allied Healthcare practitioners in Canada. We’re growing quicker in the US than we were here in Canada 3 years ago, and we’re now helping run clinics in 44 countries.

We’re profitable, product-led and growing organically to the point where 85% of our customer growth is either from customer referrals or word of mouth. Growth like this is unique, and it doesn’t happen by chance. We have a brilliant team of over 250 employees who all do an amazing job of listening to our customers, building what they need, and providing industry-leading support.

Last year alone we’ve grown our development team from 36 to 70, and the product team has doubled as a whole. 2022 is going to be a big year for Jane as we’re investing heavily into patient experience with our first patient-facing mobile app, enhancing our telehealth experience, building our own (J)analytics platform, working on global insurance integrations, and introducing new features like HIPAA compliant chat.

To be successful in this role...

  • You relish the opportunity to build and strengthen relationships within and outside Jane
  • Support the creation of integrated co-marketing campaigns including content creation, email, social, live and virtual events, and webinars
  • Enable, expand, and support an existing set of strategic partners
  • Drive partner engagement by understanding each partner type’s motivation and goals, and finding scalable ways to regularly engage and excite partners
  • Conduct market research and develop strategies to find and manage new partnerships
  • Carrying out partner marketing initiatives, working with internal teams including marketing, support, and product
  • Communicate objectives and reporting for each partner relationship to relevant stakeholders, externally and internally
  • Enable and engage partners through the creation of marketing and product assets, and through virtual and in-person meetings and trainings
  • Perform regular partner reviews of goals and refine forecasts

  • You have 1+ years experience in customer-facing SaaS marketing/sales
  • You’re mission-driven and need a bigger WHY behind your work. You want to advocate for the helpers and work with passionate founders, people, and for a product your customers love.

  • You’re comfortable communicating with a variety of internal audiences (such as product to marketing to support) and external audiences (company founders, sales leaders, partner program coordinators)

  • Good at relationship building and motivating stakeholders to go above and beyond when investing time and energy
