Know exactly what your patient or client’s insurance covers before their appointment begins. With this new tool, you can quickly confirm eligibility right from their profile, and make sure that you’re setting clear expectations with your patient from the start.
TELUS eClaims for counsellors (Canada)
Counsellors in Canada can now direct bill through TELUS eClaims, making sessions more accessible for clients, and helping your practice’s cash flow stay on track.
Automated payment reminders post-insurance
Let Jane take on the task of reminding patients about any remaining balances, after their insurance has settled, by automatically sending a secure payment link by email or SMS.
