Exporting your Patients from Write Upp
Coming from Write Upp, we’ll need you to upload your Client export with as much detail as possible.
You can export data out of Write Upp by using their Data Export Tool.
Patient Demographics can be exported into Excel or CSV file formats, Jane accepts both 😎.
Exporting Appointments from Write Upp
Exporting your appointments can also be done using Write Upp’s Data Export tool.
These can be exported into Excel or CSV files as well which are fine for us to import. Just be sure to remember to run the entire date range of appointments (past and future!).
Exporting Clinical Notes from Write Upp
Write Upp also provide a PDF Export of all charts as well. Their notes are provided in PDF format rather than as an excel or CSV file because they contain additional contextual information which cannot be presented in Excel, like tables or annotated images.
We can import image files (such as PDF, JPEG, PNG, or other basic image file types), as long as we’re able to match those successfully to a patient. A unique Identifier should be included as part of the chart export so we know which patient to link the chart to.
Write Upp Billing Data
Important Note: we don’t import billing information into Jane due to the complex nature and different ways of storing financial information. Billing data includes primarily things like Invoices and Payments.
You can export invoice details from Write Upp as a CSV file and store this in a safe place, such as an external hard drive for your reference.
