Importing from Private Practice Software (PPS) (don't use)

Here’s some info on moving your data over from PPS to Jane.

Exporting your PPS Client list and Appointments.

The reports function within PPS allows you to export your client list and appointments for import to Jane.

PPS has a support document detailing how to Export the Client list and Appointments.

You’ll want to export these reports to Excel.

Exporting your PPS Charts

PPS allows you to export your chart notes using the same Reports Wizard that you use to export your client list and appointments.

To export your PPS charts, open the reports wizard and select the Clinal tab. The rest of the steps are outlined in the PPS Reporting Support Document.

PPS Billing Data

We don’t import billing information as there are formatting issues between the two systems, but we can show you how to manually transition your patient credits and receivables into Jane.

Uploading into Jane

To ensure that your data is uploaded to the correct account, and for security reasons, we do not accept patient data via email. You can upload the files to us in the Settings > Schedule an Import area.
