✈️ What area of the world do you most want to visit?
Funny enough, I feel I've conquered this already—I went to Antarctica in March 2024, and I am dying to go back. There physical, mental, and spiritual experience of drifting through the most remote region in the world is unmatched.

I love to read books or listen to podcasts from experts and thought leaders. I then digest the information through self-reflection, using journaling and meditation to internalize the lessons and explore how they apply to my life and practice.

I'm currently obsessed with Jay Shetty's "Think Like a Monk" in audiobook format. It feels like a long-form podcast and pairs well with daily walks.
