Why the name Allied?
We are so excited about the way that the word allied represents the heart of Jane.
An ally is someone who sides with or supports another and when we think about our Jane Community we see that happening in many ways. Of course, Jane is proud to be allied with
our community of practitioners, but it goes beyond that. You are all allied with one another and have much to share with each other as clinics, businesses and people. And finally, by definition, many of Jane's practices are offering what is termed allied health - which is a beautiful way of saying that you side with your patients and clients every single day. Any way you look at it...
Allied is where you belong.
Who is Allied For?
Everyone in the Jane community: practice owners, office managers, front desk staff, and practitioners. If you use Jane on a daily basis, Allied is for you!
What is included in the ticket?
Access to pre-registration and welcome reception on Friday July 24 and a full day of conference activities as well as breakfast, lunch, refreshments and snacks on Saturday July 25. You’ll also receive a swag bag full of goodies and a whole lot of informative tips that will help turn you into a Jane power user and better grow your practice. Plus - opportunities to meet and mingle with other Jane users and the Jane team.
Are food and accommodations included?
All meals during the conference are included.
Accommodations are not included in your conference ticket. We have a hotel room block with an exclusive discount for Allied conference attendees of $329/night CAD. Rooms are available first come, first served, so book early!
I heard something about childcare… is childcare provided?
We know just how hard it is to juggle family, work, and a little travel, and we want to make it a little easier.
We are offering free child care for the first 50 children registered. Also, minimum age of 4. If you have alternate arrangements available to you, please leave these spots for those who can't attend Allied without one of these spots for their little ones.
As space is limited it can mean the difference between someone being able to attend and having to stay home!
Is there time to relax and unwind?
Absolutely. We’ve planned the day to incorporate health breaks and time to meet and socialize with other attendees.
After our welcome reception on Friday, you’ll have the evening open to explore the amazing entertainment and dining in the neighbourhood. Plus, since Allied is happening right in the heart of downtown Vancouver, grab your coworkers (or new friends!) for a stroll along Vancouver’s famous seawall, a bike trip around Stanley Park, or even grab a free shuttle right outside our hotel to visit the incredible Capilano Suspension Bridge.
Are tickets transferable or refundable?
All tickets are transferable to another attendee at any time.
If you request a cancellation before May 30, 2019, you will get a full refund (minus a $25 processing fee per registrant). Cancellation requests received after July 1, 2019 will not be refunded, but you may still transfer your ticket to another individual.
